I don't know what is shared right now but it is definitely not enough: a GTK application running on a KDE workspace does not follow KDE keybindings, palette, fonts, icon theme, label alignment or dialog button order. Additionally I don't believe a shared keys system is enough to share a widget theme. Unfortunately kwallet does not implement org.freedesktop.Secrets yet as far as I understand it. I was also under the impression that the spec was not ready, since its version number is "0.1 DRAFT".
