I've created http://community.kde.org/KDE_Core for all things Core including
but not limited to kdelibs, so kdesupport, kdepimlibs, and kdebase-runtime
where these touch on dev platform type issues.
I'll start documenting KLocale/KCalendarSystem stuff under here.
