It is your responsibility as developer making sure i18n messages are 
properly extracted (that is having a proper Messages.sh file) and make sure 
that translations are loaded correctly either by using a correct catalog name 
in KAboutData/ExportNames or by using insertCatalog calls when needed.

Now, if you ask me, having the messages extracted twice doesn't seem like a 
good ideas because translators will complain they have double the work.
