Is there a policy on kcm module naming?

Looks like most names in kcmshell4 --list output are just 'name' but  
there quite a few with kcm'name' and kcm_'name'. The last two seems to  
be used

Seems pretty standard to name the libraries kcm_name but not for  
desktop files.

Also if I have a kded daemon I'd have to use some prefix for either  
kded or kcm desktop files...
