It might make sense to instead show what the registered shortcuts are,
so that users will be able to discover them, and won't be surprised if
they accidentally pop a key combination.  I'm not sure what the dialog
does now, but I could see a place for an explanatory dialog.  I also
see why getting rid of it would make sense, as people don't want to be
worded too much when they start up applications (Or when applications
run on startup)
