personally, i think that it should only be shown when there is a conflict and
the key binding is either re-assigned or to ask the user what to do (worst
case scenario).
note that knotifyd also sends notifications whenever a global accel is
pressed, which means a rountrip over dbus, and this notification is never
shown to the user and is only there for debugging purposes. personally, i
don't think this overhead is warranted.
