D-Bus activation isn't good enough because sometimes KDE's prefix is outside
the system's defaults. And since KDE happily runs when its prefix is not in
$XDG_DATA_DIRS (KDE adds its prefix there), no one has ever bothered to make
the initialisation scripts in the distros add KDE prefixes to XDG_DATA_DIRS.
If KDE is not in XDG_DATA_DIRS, then D-Bus activation won't find KDE .service
files.
One more thing: setting it in startkde is too late. It has to be set before
dbus-daemon is launched.
