Summary
-------

Actually for review by kde-i18n-doc, but no option for them or to leave group blank.

Fix spelling mistakes, incorrect plurals, and incorrect capitalisation, as discussed \
on i18n mailing list.  Most currency plurals are straightforward, some have multiple \
possibilities which I've included in a comment.  I've mostly stuck with common en_US \
usage rather than the correct original language form, but where both are common or \
disputed I've gone with original, e.g. zloty/zlotys rather than zloty or zlote, but \
real/reais rather than real/reals.  Feel free to bikeshed :-)

Testing

It compiles :-)  Not sure how to test a runner when not under the full desktop, under \
my setup I only get the 4.3 krunner?
