  What is the desired form to include the Qt headers?

1. #include <QList>
or
2. #include <QtCore/QList>

If it is the second one, then there are quite a lot of files using the
first one, and a krazy2 test would be desirable.



By the way, I would like to fix the trivial krazy2 warnings in khtml:
  * proper include directives
  * assignments to QString::null
  * spelling errors
