Hi,

I've added a version check to FindLibSSH.cmake. As I thought a lot of modules 
need such a check, I've created a function for it and hope it will be included 
in CMake.

The functions is in

trunk/kdebase/runtime/cmake/modules/FindPackageVersionCheck.cmake

at the moment and the upstream bug is
