The goal of the title is to make notifications faster to "handle" for
the user, not to avoid missing them.
There is already a notification output which logs to a file (which
reminds me I need to add title support to it as well). What Canonical
will probably bring in the next Kubuntu is a KDE version of the
message-indicator applet, which logs notifications so that you do not
miss them.
