Moving PolicyKit-KDE to kdebase-workspace as agreed on -core-devel some time
ago. This will pull an optional dependency of polkit-qt (in kdesupport) on workspace,
Packagers of distributions supporting PolicyKit (so I guess everyone) are strongly
encouraged to pick polkit-qt and start packaging it.

In case anyone would like to use PolicyKit-kde on 4.2, there is a tarball in KDE's ftp.
