Just a quick update. The automatic generator has now been created.
Duplicates are now impossible ( unless you have the old files
installed, so those who have already installed it need to remove the
contents of $KDEDIR/share/apps/solid/devices/ )

I have already committed the ones I have generated on my system, so
they can begin to be translated.
