Okay, I just saw what you have committed this morning, I have just
committed a fix to check to see if the user of a KTabBar has the
QTabBar's->setMovable(true) set, otherwise when they do, we try to use
our own dragging system too, and the tabs that are movable are quite
difficult to move, and very awkward.
