hmm i might be sending this twice because i received a message about
the moderated list in another yahoo email.

FYI
1) the soft feature freeze is 19 Oct, so you have a couple days yet
2) If you add your feature to the Plan before 19 Oct you can always
commit the code after 19 Oct (but before the hard freeze on 17 Nov).
