FYI,

I just committed the patch that Matthias and I worked on a few months ago
that enables <tooltip> tags in .kcfg files.

So no excuse for not adding toolTips, along with whatsThis to your
config dialogs that use .kcfg  :)

BTW: I am working on a Krazy checker that complains about missing
toolTips and whatsThis for widgets in C++ source files, .ui files, and .kcfg files.
