Yes, I built with -Bsymbolic-functions already. Qt is built like that, so 
modified FindKDE4Internal.cmake so that I got a fair comparison.

As you can see, the total number of relocations didn't change. It just 
happens that 2175 symbols that were looping back to libkdeui were bound 
locally in my case.
