At first I tried stacking buttons Next/Previous and Replace/Replace All atop
each other, but it did not reclaim enough width. In German, for example, the
Add... button is considerably longer than the previous four, so there would
be evel less space gained.

On the other hand, at least to me seems that the Add... add button really
should be aligned and close to the combobox/checkbox, as it adds the tokens
specified by them.
