You may look into this bug report: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=88625
I provide there patch to improve PCI view. It use libpci (if available) from 
pciutils instead of using lspci. It was written to 3.5.X but it should be 
easly ported to 4.X. Most work probably will by requied in changing from 
autotools to cmake.
