Yep, we forgot to post the announcement. I thought I had corrected the=20
Techbase webpage, but I couldn't find any trace of my edits today. So I=20
made them again.

Sorry, we forgot. I'm a lot more worried about getting the Qt 4.4 bugs=20
fixed, so we rushed into getting the snapshot into place so that more=20
people would test it.
