Thanks, I will rework the patches accordingly.
I will note my pet peeve that if people were to reliably distinguish between
indentation (i.e. nesting, scoping) and formatting (i.e. alignment of enums,
arrays, etc), Everyone would be able to use tabs and whatever shiftwidth
they feel most comfortable with (with the exception of max line length,
though that could easily be adopted according to shiftwidth locally), but I
know that I will not single-handedly change that.

Though if that ever is a large cleaning up of formatting, let me know and
give me commit access. Strange as it sounds, correct formatting is
something I sometimes enjoy when I have a few free minutes (yes, I am
weird, I know).
