assign to phonon *where appropriate* - I thought perhaps there might
be some that are still relvant despite phonon being a completely
different thing but its still multimedia - related... but this is not
important! It doesn't matter *who* deals with them, just it would be
nice if something was done about them :-)

I closed a few recently because they were ancient (no feedback from
the reporter since 2002 or 2003) so I suspect very few if any are
actually getting *fixed*.
