this was discussed on the release list at least and a few people noted=20
(disclosure: i was one of them) did not see this as a show stopper, but=20
merely a bug / feature ommission. there are other show stoppers in the oxyg=
en=20
style such as incompleteness in rendering of menus and tabs.

it would be better to use our limited time and resources to work on the rea=
l=20
issues rather than derail on an issue that amounts to "the default window=20
decoration doesn't do coloration yet"
