Hello all,

George and Simon emailed me about a license issue in konq-e code, so here is 
the according statement: 

I am permitting to relicense the following files from GPL to LGPL v2 and later 
within the konq-e code:
        kprotocolmanager.cpp
        launcher.cpp
        launcher.h
        mimehandler.cpp

This permission covers all changes done by basysKom employees, including 
Stefan Eilers and me.
