Hmm?  We already have such a setting.=20

The point of the smallestReadableFont is to set it to a size that you can=20
still read; so nothing should make it smaller then that. And its user=20
configurable so he can adjust it to fit his needs.

Having what applied?  The font that the user sets in the fonts kcm as the=20
smallest readable font? Why?
