I think removing the code that forces the kcm_ prefix is good.

Regarding what the code should look like to create multiple plugins in one DSO 
or the code to load multiple plugins from one DSO we should take a bit more 
time. I started example code and hope that I can post it today so that we 
perhaps can find a better solution than X-KDE-FactoryName which only works 
automatically for KCMs for now.
