... assuming that no KDE/ modules needs this library directly
(in my initial discussion with Jaroslaw I thought they would need that).
If they don't (and this is all about making external plugins to those modules
then playground is fine of course). I just want to make sure there's no misunderstanding
here: we cannot have KDE modules depend on a playground (or extragear) library.
