I've committed the changes including a revised KLanguageButton class. Code in
kcontrol/kdm and kdeaccessibility/kmouth still needs to be ported from using
copies of KLanguageButton - I probably won't have time today to do this and
test it. But the API shouldn't need to be changed in order to do that.
