How? If we are not allowed to use some shortcuts in applications? We use for 
example alt-<arrow>, why shouldn't that be allowed?


Kate is one of the apps using many shortcuts, so if we get a clearer/better 
collection to take them from, that would be good.

I'd love to see that happen! The conflicts with apps sitting in the systray 
feels like bugs to me too.
