Yes. Well, not really, but it obviously belongs together with the other
desktop switching keys that you want to change (desktop
previous/next/left/right/up/down). Dropping virtual desktops would be IMNSHO
a very bad idea, and they need at least some shortcuts by default, so
changing all these needs to go together.
I think it shouldn't be difficult to make kcmkeys and kwin pretend that with
only X virtual desktops configured all shortcuts for virtual desktops X+1 and
up don't exist, if that would be enough.
