If I am not mistaken, the sentence above should really be "can we move 
kpdf (now renamed okular) BACK to kdegraphics"?

To me it feels natural that someone upgrading from 3.5 to 4.0 dev tree 
could still access the new version of kpdf, it would help testing for 
bugs in the prerelease builds, etc.  Maybe it should not have been moved 
to playground for the rewrite in the first place?
