As a vim user you should add the line
source /path/to/kdesdk/scripts/kde-devel-vim.vim
to your ~/.vimrc and report any bugs you find to me. It will help you use the 
correct coding style, though it doesn't enforce it.

I first made the script look at the path you're in and if you're in kdelibs 
apply the Qt coding style, but dirk suggested that we might want to default 
to Qt coding style everywhere. If you want to add your project path to 
SetCodingStyle feel free.

A vim modeline should probably look like this, but if everybody were to use 
kde-devel-vim.vim the modeline is not needed:
// vim: sw=4 sts=4 et tw=100
