where her timezone =3D=3D his timezone? (It's okay to use "his" and "her"=20
interchangeably, but please don't use don't use both in the same=20
sentence if it refers to the same person.)

So effectively an application developer should better not check out=20
kdelibs between sunday 20:00 UTC (=3D=3D 8am in UTC+12) and tuesday 10:00=20
UTC (=3D=3D 10pm in UTC-12) unless he wants to help with porting trunk to=20
the [SB]IC changes?
