But I can use lxr.kde.org:
http://lxr.kde.org/source/koffice/kword/KWView.cpp#1194

So KWord also uses this shortcut. (KMail does of course also use this 
shortcut, but that shouldn't be a big surprise. After all, all your 
shortcuts belong to KMail.)
