SUSE users can do this the easy way with packages from the opensuse build 
system. For example http://repos.opensuse.org/KDE:/KDE4/SUSE_Linux_10.1.  NB: 
we haven't got the mono bindings building yet as DBUS 0.62 doesn't work with 
the default mono from 10.1, so you'll have to live without dbus-1-mono etc in 
this case.
