The KDE game Kamikaze uses it, as it is very useful in the case of KDE games 
running in fullscreen mode while still displaying the menu bar.
Note that some KStyles simply won't show the icons. Not sure if the 
modifications will change this, but it would certainly be nice to have it 
available across all styles.
