I'll admit I was a tad disappointed when I saw Thomas's mail to 
kde-buildsystem.

However, I would be even more disappointed to still be using automake in KDE 
4.  So it's still an improvement! :)

Also, it just goes to show that if you want something to get done, you need to 
pitch in to help.  I unfortunately had no time to do so, but that doesn't 
mean I get to complain about the result. ;)
