You don't have to check it out from kdesdk anymore, it now comes with kdelibs, 
you also don't have to install the additional cmake script files anymore.

Just co kdelibs and run cmake (current cvs or the special KDE release: 
http://mail.kde.org/pipermail/kde-buildsystem/2006-January/000539.html ).
