So, why not having X-KDE-IsAlso=text/plain for the MIME type "text/xml"?
That would be logical and every MIME type that is also text/xml will then 
automatically inherit the text/plain status too, without having to specify 
that.

But I don't have knowledges in this X-KDE-IsAlso tag, so I can't say if file 
managers and co. will recursivly travel the IsAlso tag.
