Hello,

In KStars, we have our own internal representation of timezones, so I'm
definitely interested in using this class. How are you handling the various
"daylight savings" rules? I guess unix zoneinfo takes care of it? Anway,
just in case you need it, our code is here:

kdeedu/kstars/kstars/timezonerule.[h|cpp]
kdeedu/kstars/kstars/data/TZrules.dat
