There are a number of completed feature changes ktts that are stable and=20
ready to be released in the next KDE version. Since ktts is part of=20
kdeaccessibility and we don't want conflicting packages, we would=20
probably make a kdeaccessibility 3.5 release of our own if KDE 3.5 is=20
canceled.

I am fine with both.
