As I said the practical difference might be that it's *much* easier to=20
download, it can be downloaded on any OS (you won't have problems with=20
the file names or permissions), and of course I could just ask my wife=20
to download the tarballs at her workplace. ;-) And this would be just=20
for the initial import. Once everybody has the local svn checkout,=20
things go alright with svn update. ;-)=20
