As I indicated in an attachment to the bug (just after AdG fixed it), perhaps 
there is a cleaner way than yet another compile time check and some #ifdefs. 
I'm thinking that we don't need those includes at all (if it wasn't needed on 
Solaris or Linux...).

It would be good if we could figure out "hey, we don't actually need those 
headers on _any_ platform we support - it was just a cut-n-paste from some 
other source" cases. Not sure the best way to do that though, unless KDE gets 
a compile farm...
