dunno for cervisia, but kdevelop has it already.
I am waiting to get more feedback/testers to improve it ;)
more high level features should come after 3.4 is out.

If cervisia developers wants help on how to use the svn ioslave (if they
want to use it), I'll be pleased to answer them, it is not that
complicated actually ;)
