I agree. I also use "Up" in web browsing mode very often.

But I also agree to remove it for the *default* browser setup, for the
sake of cleaning up and simplifying interfaces.

For my personal use I will simply re-enable it (where I hope that the 
option to re-enable it will survive the massacre  ;-)
