Another, related question:

What is the best way to harvest some verbose debugging output
  from the smb:// kio slave?

I started konqui from konsole like this:

  konqueror 1> konq.stdout 2> konq.stderr

to get the output. Is there a better way? Is anyone interested looking
at my konq.stderr?
