Thank you for the service you provided the KDE community by hosting the webcvs 
service. I've now set it up on a different machine and changed the DNS record 
(might still take a few more hours for everybody to notice the change). 

I took the chance of the server outage to switch to a different system. This 
unfortunately means that the urls below http://webcvs.kde.org/ became 
invalid. However, the new software has much more features, like .e.g. 
graphical commit trees: 

http://webcvs.kde.org/kdebase/debian/changelog?view=graph

and syntax coloring, like e.g.

http://webcvs.kde.org/kdelibs/khtml/Makefile.am?rev=1.162&view=markup

I've also added anti-SPAM measures to mangle email-addresses in the webpages.
