Since we still got it at the web site, and the removal only concerns those who 
develop, I think it's cool.

I'm concerned about how much the Schema differs from the DTD. Benjamin, is 
there a difference in what kcfgs that fails when you run kdetestscripts with 
DTD and then against the Schema? I bet there is, it's just that those which 
are false positives should be fixed in the Schema.

And perhaps make it update the Schema instead? (didn't know Scripty did that)
