Advantages: lower revision numbers, less hassle converting.

Disadvantages: one-command tagging for release becomes two commands -- not=
=20
that it matters, since they'd be both O(1).

And, besides, with svn:externals, it can simply be fetched along with the=20
rest, if needed be.
