One of the biggest problems I had with it was that I was spending too much of my time tracking down what machines were actually up for building on any given day (even though they were all my machines in my cube it still took up a lot of time) So I hacked up the latest distccKnoppix and added the iceccd and have it start on boot. Enjoy! It would be cool if from the command line you could get a list of the online machines for scripts.
